When he died in 1949 Billy Bluelight was already a legend
famous for his prowess in racing pleasure boats along the banks of the River Billy
never married and lived with his mother in the centre of Norwich, he mainly raced
on Sunday and during the week sold glowers in the market place and as shown on
thc card advertised.
